Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making any booking, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.

By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions modified and posted on our website from time to time.

Please do not insist or encourage the driver for over speed.

Do not leave cash / valuables in possession of the drivers on vehicles.

Insist the driver every time to show the company ID card and to give the booking slip.

Payment should be made by the customers directly to the Company person only.

Management as well as driver does not hold any responsibility for loss, damage and if any accident, theft and any other types of losses, the service provider not be responsible and no liability by the Service Provider arise for the said loss, accident or damage or theft.

The Management is not responsible if any incidents , if you hire a driver directly without office intimation.

The company reserves the right to cancel a confirmation made for a booking any time unilaterally owning to reasons beyond the company's control and purview.

If the driver demand excess amount on our charges just call us immediately.

Before 7 A.M. after 10 P.M. on total amount Rs.50 extra. Rs.100/- should be paid extra per day as food allowances for Out Station Trips.

Rs.100/-charged against the cancellation when the driver reports your place.

Rs.100/- should be paid extra from 9:30pm to 06:am for night halt within the local city limits.

Booking should not be done with the driver directly

Complaints / suggestions on office / drivers of anyone should be made to: contact@rahulcardrivers.com

The service provider should conduct the residential verification of the drivers provided by the service provider to the hirer, but should not conduct any moral verification of the said drivers and should not be responsible for the moral verification of the said drivers.

Fees paid to the service provider by the hirer are Non- refundable.

Service provider should not be responsible for the dispute for hirer & driver. if you have any complaint about the driver kindly contact to the service provider.
